USI've had leather holsters in the past, and really didn't care for them so I thought they were all the same, until I bought one from 1791
USExcellent leather and style. Also 1791 knows how to take care of their customers. Both the universal concealed holster and their optic ready holsters were top of the line for that olds school leather feel that has adapted to the new ways
USEach holster is personal. In effect, it becomes an extension of the self. This is my second holster, and when it comes down to leather, I am a customer for life.
USThe holster is 3/4" to long for my FN545, so makes it harder to conceal. When the pistol is drawn the front site scrapes off leather from inside the holster and the front site loses its effectiveness. Some of my holsters I use for 1911's have a rubber channel inside the holster to prevent this from happening. I currently have several Versacarry holster and have not experienced this problem, just an FYI.
