fully ambidextrous, the SA holster works great in
both cross draw and strong side carry.
The holster is crafted from our 100% American
certified Steer-Hide leather, which gives it a
timeless look and the construction to back it up.
It is also equipped with an ambidextrous safety
strap that works to keep your firearm firmly in
place. This is the 5.5″ version.
Fits: Ruger Single Six, Herritage Rough Rider, Colt New Frontier and similar .22 cal Single Action Revolvers.

US United StatesI bought 2 1791 stealth Black Holsters this week on Amazon. One for my 2 Ruger Single Sixes (old model and new model), my Heritage Rough Rider, and one for my 2.5" Ruger GP100. I am completely blown away by the quality of these holsters. VERY VERY impressive 1791...I have lusted after 1791 holsters for a few years now but had pretty nice holsters already for these 3 guns made by Azula Holsters. I have always bought Azula but I made a mistake buying holsters with open tops. Those holsters have become slightly loose while I either open carry (Single Sixes) or carry concealed (GP100). I'm 72 years old and am not as steady on my feet as I was 50 years ago. I have worried that if I fell, my weapon could fall out and God forbid, go off!. So I used this opportunity to finally get a few 1791 holsters that I have admired and lusted after. I got them with THUMB BREAK Straps and now I don't worry about my guns falling out. These 1791 holsters are BY FAR the best holsters I have ever owned. And I have been shooting for over 50 years and have had literally dozens upon dozens of top brand holsters from companies such as Mernicle, Hunter, Bianchi, Safariland, Crossbreed, Galco, DeSantis, Blackhawk, and of course Azula. The 1791 brand holsters are the best I have ever had!. I especially love the tight fit and stiffness that needs some breaking in and the BEAUTIFUL flat black finishes. BRAVO 1791, I will certainly buy more of your beautiful holsters without even thinking about it.
United StatesI dont leave a lot of reviews but i seriously love this holster. Its comfortable and very durable. A great utilitarian holster for working around the farm or out on trail. My only complaint is they dont make one for a 4.2" SP101. I got this for my wrangler and couldn't say enough good things about it.
