I was gifted a 1791 holster and it was missing the tension screw so I contacted them about purchasing the screw and to my surprise they asked me for my information and photos of the missing part and of the holster and they sent me the replacement at no cost to me I'm forever a customer now the make a quality products and and stand behind there product
