There are a couple of options with the 2-way with your particular carry style in mind. For example, wear it as a right-handed shooter inside the waistband and be able to slide it all the way to the middle of your back for multi-positioned concealment carry, or carry it on your dominant side in an appendix carry.

Which firearm did you use with our holster? Sig SAS365 w/trigger guard laser

Perfect Fit w/trigger guard laser

After purchasing my new Sig SAS365 with the trigger guard laser I could not find a suitable holster to house my configuration. I was seriously exploring paying for a custom built holster. I have several "1791" holster for my .45's. I ordered the IWB holster number 2 and my weapon fits perfectly, like a custom built job. Plus it is very comfortable to wear, even with shorts when I'm working the beaches.
