The first holster that I received was the perfect fit, but it would fall out too easily. I was going to "deal with it" but decided to contact support to see if there was anything I could do to fix it. They sent out a replacement right away, and the replacement was even better.
My pistol fit perfectly like the first one, but the top of the holster on my replacement had a slight curl inward, which put friction on my pistol, solving the potential fall-out issue while being active.
When I responded to tell support that the replacement fixed the issue, they sent me a prepaid label to return the faulty unit. I wasn't expecting that. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
